UZWILD CONTEST RULES

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

UZWILD (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”) is organizing a promotional contest entitled:
“Win a PROPAIN Trickshot 2 Bike” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).

Participation in the Contest implies full, unconditional, and complete acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 2 – CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest will run from:

  • June 1st, 2026 at 00:01 AM (Paris time)
    to

  • June 30th, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Paris time)

Any participation submitted outside this period will be considered invalid.

ARTICLE 3 – ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

The Contest is open to any legal adult residing in one of the following countries:

  • France

  • Germany

  • Belgium

  • Netherlands

  • Poland

  • Spain

  • Portugal

  • Austria

  • Luxembourg

  • Italy

  • Ireland

  • Denmark

  • Finland

  • Sweden

  • Czech Republic

  • Bulgaria

  • Croatia

  • Estonia

  • Greece

  • Hungary

  • Latvia

  • Lithuania

  • Romania

  • Slovakia

  • Slovenia

  • United Kingdom

  • Switzerland

Participation is strictly personal and non-transferable.

​

To validly participate in the Contest, participants must:

  1. Place an order on uzwild.com during the Contest period;

  2. Tick the checkbox confirming participation in the UZWILD Contest;

  3. Accept subscription to both the UZWILD and PROPAIN newsletters.

Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, forged, falsified, or non-compliant participation will automatically be disqualified.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any verification regarding identity, address, purchases, or the legitimacy of entries.

​

ARTICLE 4 – ENTRY MECHANICS AND DRAW CHANCES

Each €10 spent including VAT on uzwild.com grants one (1) entry chance into the Contest.

Shipping costs are expressly excluded from the calculation of entry chances.

​

Examples:

  • €10 purchase = 1 entry

  • €50 purchase = 5 entries

  • €100 purchase = 10 entries

​

Any canceled, refunded, unpaid, or fraudulent order will result in the cancellation of all associated entries.

​

ARTICLE 5 – WINNER SELECTION

One (1) single winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries registered during the Contest period.

The draw will be conducted by the Organizing Company within a reasonable timeframe after the Contest closing date.

The winner will be contacted directly by UZWILD using the contact details provided during checkout.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to perform any verification deemed necessary regarding the validity and compliance of the selected participant’s entry before officially confirming the prize.

In the event of:

  • inability to contact the winner,

  • no response within a reasonable period,

  • fraud or suspected fraud,

  • or violation of these rules,

the Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel the prize allocation without compensation.

ARTICLE 6 – PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The winner will receive:

  • One (1) PROPAIN Trickshot 2 bike

  • Public retail value: €1,149.99 VAT included

  • Including €100 shipping costs

The prize is personal, nominative, and non-transferable.

The prize may not:

  • be exchanged,

  • resold,

  • transferred,

  • replaced with another item,

  • or converted into cash or any other compensation.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will either:

  • be handed over personally to the winner,

  • or shipped to the same delivery address used for the qualifying purchase.

The Organizing Company cannot be held liable for:

  • incorrect contact or shipping information,

  • failed delivery attempts,

  • or loss caused by the carrier.

ARTICLE 8 – FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION

Any fraud, attempted fraud, misuse of the Contest, or violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to:

  • cancel fraudulent entries,

  • refuse prize allocation,

  • and initiate legal action where necessary.

No claim may be made in this regard.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

The information provided by participants is intended exclusively for the Organizing Company.

Collected data will only be used for:

  • Contest administration,

  • entry verification,

  • order fulfillment,

  • and sending UZWILD and PROPAIN newsletters in accordance with the participant’s consent.

In accordance with applicable regulations, participants have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY

The Organizing Company reminds participants of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet and declines all responsibility for:

  • technical malfunctions,

  • website interruptions,

  • data loss,

  • connection issues,

  • or any event beyond its reasonable control affecting participation.

Participation in the Contest implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the inherent limitations of Internet use.

ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTES AND CLAIMS

Any dispute or claim relating to the Contest must be submitted within a maximum period of two (2) months following the Contest closing date.

Any difficulty regarding the interpretation or application of these rules shall be decided solely by the Organizing Company.

​

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW

These Contest Rules are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the Contest shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
